Terms of Service

Second Serve is a community-run marketplace for discovering used padel, pickleball, and other racquet-sport gear for sale within your sports community. By using this site you agree to the following:

What we provide

We provide a listing board where users can post items for sale or post what they're looking to buy, and connect with each other. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition, authenticity, or accuracy of any listing.

Transactions are between users

All negotiation, payment, and delivery/exchange of goods happens directly between the buyer and seller, entirely outside this platform. Second Serve is not a party to any transaction, does not process or hold funds, and is not responsible for disputes, fraud, damaged goods, or non-delivery. Use your own judgment and standard precautions (e.g. meet in safe public places, verify item condition) when transacting with other users.

Your responsibilities

• Only list items you genuinely own and intend to sell, or genuinely want to buy.
• Provide accurate descriptions, condition, and photos.
• Do not post spam, prohibited items, or misleading listings.

Account & content

You sign in with Google. You may delete your listings at any time from your dashboard. We may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
